History

The founders of AllTrades created the WorkSpace Shops & Studios concept based on their years of experience in the construction and service industries and having to rent facilities for their businesses that did not meet their needs. After extensive research and study, AllTrades was created in April 2018 with the intent to provide a lease product to businesses that need an upscale office, functional and clean warehouse, small WorkSpace Studios, and ample and right-sized secured parking for trucks, trailers and equipment.

Future Growth Plans

• * Develop facilities around the US in markets that have experienced extensive growth over the last decade.
• * Starting in DFW, expanding through Texas, into the states of Florida, Tennessee, Arizona, Georgia, North & South Carolina, Kansas and Utah.
